Week one: 30 day room challenge

 

This has been a really busy week for me. I had a housewarming party on Saturday, and I spent all week getting ready for that. I also worked at the shop today, and so I didn’t spend too much time on the challenge this week. You can read more about the challenge here. I did pick a paint color and paint it, and I bought curtain rods I still have to do more work though, but you gotta start somewhere! 

I still need to redo the couch, paint the curio cabinet and do something fun to the built-in book shelf. I also want to paint the trunk, get new sconces, some end tables and lighting, and a rug. What have you done this week? Have any great decorating plans?
