Is it a vanity or a desk?

I love vanities and desks. I think they are almost interchangeable, you can use them for both. They both have a work space, and usually drawers, right?

So why not let it do double duty, especially if you do not have a lot of space. 

I also love to paint them. 

All four of these were done using Annie Sloan paint colors, and glaze. I like to have  fun with colors and patterns. These are all sold, but I almost always have a vanity or desk in my TO DO pile.
